Counseling Request Form

Grace Ministries International is excited to provide Christian counseling for the members of New Life Church. Our fee structure is very simple. $100/session. As we launch this new ministry initiative, Grace Ministries International is underwriting 20% of the $100/session standard rate for New Life Church attendees through 2025. The New Life Church flat rate is $80/session through the launch period. All counseling requests must come through this request form.
